Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement in TWO FILES

The IBR has released its Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement as 72 individual files! (NOTE: the files are actually on that page - you just have to scroll down to “3. Review the Draft SEIS and technical reports”)

After much searching, we discovered two obscure files, at the bottom of the
Appendix window and the bottom of the Technical Supplement window which contained all of the files in just two files.  We unzipped them and found 42 files in the main report, including appendices. Plus another 30 files in the technical supplement, for a total of 72 files.

We then went to the web to find a way to combine them and settled on a free program, PDFsam Basic (PDFsam.com) which is a free version of a commercial program.

DISCLAIMER: Wikipedia has an entry for this program, and it is a commercial program, so we are presuming it is NOT malware, but we cannot guarantee it.
We found the program to be intuitive and usable on the first try. And it preserved the searchable text.  Very nice!
